Email is our only official channel. There are three addresses, one for each topic:

Any profile or phone number that claims to be our support and asks for a payment, a password or a code is not us.

What to send when something breaks

  1. The link to the Pin. Copy it with Pinterest’s Share button, then “Copy link”, and don’t edit it.
  2. What happened, and the exact error message.
  3. Your device and browser, for example “iPhone 13, Safari” or “Pixel 7, Chrome”.
  4. Roughly when it happened.
  5. A screenshot, if you can.

For a suspicious ad, like one that looks like a download button, sends you to a fake page or asks you to install something, send a screenshot, the page where it appeared and the time. That lets us block the advertiser.

Never send passwords, verification codes or card details. We never ask for them.

Before you write: common errors

“We couldn’t find that Pin.” The Pin was deleted, is on a secret board or belongs to a private account. Try opening the link in a private window. If Pinterest asks you to log in to see the Pin, our tool can’t get it either.

“That doesn’t look like a link.” What you pasted has no link in it, or the link got cut off. Copy it again with the Share button, then “Copy link”.

“That link doesn’t point to a Pin.” You copied a board or a profile. Open the Pin and copy its link. The guide on how to copy a Pinterest Pin link shows where Copy link is.

The download finished but I can’t find the file. On iPhone, open the Files app and go to the Downloads folder. On Android, open your file manager and go to Downloads, or use “Downloads” in Chrome’s menu.

“We couldn’t confirm you’re not a robot.” Reload the page, turn off your VPN or any aggressive blocker, and check that your device’s date and time are correct.

YouTube or music service links. They don’t work here. Those services are out of scope.
